Additional Information

We have 7 cabins available for rent on 2 ½ acres of manicured grounds. Our cabins are placed in a cozy relaxing atmosphere, set approximately 300ft off the river front. Each cabin faces our landscaped courtyard that features spring fed ponds, fire pit, swing set and plenty of room for yard games!

All cabins come equipped with a full kitchen, microwave, coffee pot, air conditioning and WI-FI. Fresh linens and towels are also provided. We give you the basic essentials to start your stay with us (dish/hand soap, garbage bags, a roll of toilet paper & paper towel) If additional supplies are needed, Ken’s Village Market or Family Dollar, are conveniently located close to the resort. Each cabin also has their own gas grill and picnic table as well. What makes your stay more unique with us is, each cabin is assigned one boat slip right on the river!

 

Don’t have a boat? We do! We offer daily pontoon rentals. Maybe you just want to relax by the river! Our Tiki Bar makes a great hang out any time day or night!

 

BOOK DURING PEEK SEASON, Memorial Day to Labor Day, cabins are weekly rentals only. Our weekly rentals are FRIDAY to FRIDAY. We require payment in full at the time of booking. All bookings must have valid credit card on file, even if paying by check.

BOOK DURING NON-PEEK SEASON: We require a $500 deposit and the rest of the balance due by January 31st. All bookings must have valid credit card on file, even if paying by check.

Upon arrival, your valid credit card on file will be used to run a PREAUTHORIZATION of $500. (Card will not be charged unless damage occurs to cabins or property at our discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• Cabins:

• Peak Season (Memorial Day - Labor Day): Cancellations made after January 31st are NON-refundable. However, if we are able to rent out your reserved cabin for the same dates, we will issue a credit or refund for the amount paid.
  We encourage guests to notify us as early as possible if they should have to cancel, as this increases the chances of rebooking the cabin and recovering your payment!

• Non-Peak Season: Must cancel within 30 days of arrival. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, and we can not rebook the same dates, there will not be a refund.

• Policies are subject to change without notice

NO PETS, No Exceptions! There will also be NO tents or EZ-Ups pitched on property at any time! If in need of pet boarding for your furry friends, Indian River has a wonderful place to board pets right up the road from Fay Martin. They do fill up fast, so plan ahead!
