Rental Start Time

Boat check in/pick up must be done at the time selected in checkout. Boat does not have to leave the dock at this time. However, payment, check-in and boat inspection must be done then to give our best service to all of our guests! Please be courteous and call if you are going to be late. We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your rental time to get you the most time on the water!

 

RETURN TIME: 8 Hours from your rental start time
(There will be a $50.00 charge for every half-hour for late returns!!)
ALL PONTOON RENTALS MUST BE BROUGHT BACK WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS! AN ADDITIONAL $200.00 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO RENTERS CREDIT CARD IF NOT FULL! (FILL UP IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ACROSS THE RIVER FROM FAY MARTIN RESORT @HOWE MARINE)

CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund is given if cancelled 7 days prior to your reservation. If cancellation is less than 7 days of your reservation date, then your 50% down will be kept for a cancellation fee. No shows will be charged full reservation price on credit card on file. We understand that weather changes daily and will do our best to work with you if rebooking is necessary or a refund is owed. Refunds will not be given if weather is cloudy, windy, sprinkling, chance of rain or cold the morning of reservation. We are not responsible for the weather!!
